The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency’s (CSOSA’s) third strategic goal is to strengthen and promote accountability by facilitating the compliance of those under our supervision.
CSOSA establishes the expectation for those under our jurisdiction to comply with the conditions of release as set forth by the releasing authority. The Accountability Contract establishes clear sanctions for non-compliance and incentives for maintaining supervision compliance. CSOSA continually monitors supervisees’ compliance with supervision conditions and, as necessary, addresses non-compliant behavior through the use of swift and appropriate sanctions (up to, and including, initiating the process for removal from the community).
